Recently Google had changed formula and very rigid about linking. In Google webmaster tool they launched settled links form where you are able to write about any website that trying to sell or investing in a link. Mainly paid linking is used to manipulation of internet search engine. I visited iwebtool.com; they are also attempting to sell links and discovered that their pr goes down from 7 to 4. That shows Google is extremely strict about linking and in future Google might punish web site that involved with paid linking.
